Paya soup is a soup made from the legs of “lamb” also known as “lamb trotter”. It is a very healthy soup recipe.

Ingredients

5-6 Mutton Legs cleaned.

1 Onions chopped.

5 – 6 cloves garlic chopped.

2-3 spoon oil.

1 spoon Zeera, Pepper, Coriander. Green Chilli.

Salt as per taste.

a) Mix the onion, garlic, pepper, coriander, salt, chilli and oil on the lamb leg to prepare spice.

b) Cook the Paya in the pressure cooker until 7-8 sounds of whistles.

c) Add salt as per taste.

d) Let it cool and then serve hot.
